Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation

A three part series led by Dr. Paolo Meregalli.

October 7th, 14th, 21st @ 7pm. Join for one or all.

This is a complete, progressive course designed to teach you how to meditate from the ground up. Rooted in the Four Foundations of Mindfulness—awareness of the body, feeling tone, mind states, and the nature of experience—each week builds on the last, offering new insights and deepening your practice step by step.

Every session follows a clear and supportive structure:
• Instruction to introduce the week’s theme and meditation techniques.
• Guided practice so you can experience mindfulness directly and develop confidence.
• Dharma reflections to connect the teachings to daily life and inspire ongoing practice.

Over the weeks, you will gradually develop the essential skills of presence, clarity, and compassion. Whether you are new to meditation or ready to deepen your path, this course provides a steady, encouraging container to integrate mindfulness into everyday living.

Neurographics Workshop

Neurographics is a method of transforming inner experiences and emotions through a specific style of drawing. It’s based on the idea that the act of drawing certain lines, shapes, and patterns can help:

  • Bypass the rational mind and connect with the subconscious.
  • Reduce stress and anxiety by externalizing inner states onto paper.
  • Reframe limiting beliefs and create new neural connections through repetitive, mindful drawing.
  • Support problem-solving and self-reflection, as the images often reveal insights about personal challenges.

Join us for a hands on practice with master of neurographics, Maks Gider-Maksymov.

Talks

“The Inner Family”: A Guided Introduction to IFS - Workshop

Tuesday, September 9th at 7pm

✨ Workshop Description

Step into a guided journey of self-discovery where the many voices within you can finally be heard. In this experiential workshop, you’ll learn how to recognize and connect with your “parts” — the inner voices, patterns, and feelings that shape your life. Through simple practices, an exercise, and a guided meditation, you’ll begin to explore how these parts can move from conflict into harmony.

🌿 What is IFS?

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a powerful therapeutic model that sees our psyche as made up of different “parts” — inner critics, protectors, exiles, and more — all guided by a deeper Self that holds wisdom and compassion. By learning to listen to and care for these parts, IFS helps us release old patterns, heal emotional wounds, and live from a place of wholeness.

🤍 Anna is a facilitator, guide, and creator with over five years of experience leading group and private sessions that weave ancient wisdom with modern somatic science. Her work is rooted in presence, safety, and transformation, creating spaces where people can soften, connect, and return to Themselves.

Nervous System and the Stress Response - A talk with Paolo Meregalli

Nervous System and the Stress Response

A talk with Paolo Meregalli

Tuesday, September 16th at 7pm

In this talk, we explore how the nervous system shapes the way we see, think, act, and believe. Our upbringing and past experiences — especially trauma — program our stress response, coloring how we perceive the world. By understanding these patterns, we can begin to respond with more freedom and resilience.

This exploration is part of Paolo’s ongoing doctoral research, where he is developing a multidisciplinary model of human development that weaves together psychology, neuroscience, spirituality, and indigenous wisdom. His intention is to bring forward a framework that helps us not only understand ourselves, but also live with greater wholeness and conscious participation in the world.

Neuroscience of psychedelics - A talk with Pradeep Atluri

Tuesday, September 23th at 7pm

Psychedelics are at the frontier of both neuroscience and spiritual inquiry, offering a unique window into the workings of the human mind. Contemporary research shows how these compounds affect neural networks—disrupting rigid patterns, enhancing plasticity, and altering the brain’s default mode network. At the same time, many traditions have long understood these states as gateways to insight, healing, and a deeper sense of connection.

In this talk, we will explore the intersection of neuroscience and expanded consciousness, considering how psychedelics can illuminate the relationship between the nervous system, perception, and spiritual experience. Together, we’ll reflect on what modern research and timeless wisdom reveal about the mind’s capacity to transcend, rewire, and awaken - and how we might approach these studies going forward.

Pradeep Atluri is a neuroscientist and psychiatrist who received his medical degree from Harvard Medical School and has over 20 years of experience. Alongside his practice, Dr. Atluri’s work includes a deep inquiry into the neuroscience of consciousness and the role of psychedelics in healing and personal transformation.
